I would like to present to you “Cheese Okaka Onigiri”.
Okaka is a simple Japanese seasoning made by mixing dried bonito flakes (katsuobushi) with soy sauce. It’s often used as a filling for Onigiri or as a topping for rice and vegetables.

This time, I made an onigiri using okaka and cheese, which is a key part of Dutch food culture. Unlike salmon flake onigiri, this one has a strong flavor from the okaka, cheese, and soy sauce. I believe it can leave a lasting impression even when eaten alongside Pablo’s bold dishes!
