PABLO
Pablo is the flavour maker. He cooks by feel and simply has a real nose for great flavours. Surinamese, Caribbean and Asian cooking runs in his family, and you can taste it on the menu: recipes from his father are simply on the menu. He's always himself, in the kitchen with a smile, and puts heart and soul into his business, with all his attention on you as a customer.
LISA
Lisa comes from an Italian family, so she knows how wonderful good homemade food is. She wants you to have that too, only nourishing. She's the creative engine behind the menus: she dreams up the dishes and finds her inspiration in her travels, in kitchens around the world and in the latest food trends. She also makes sure a week works: no rice three times, plenty of greens, and it looks great when you open the box.
They both studied Product and Concept Development in food. So yes, they know what they're doing, and they're having fun while doing it.

We cook in our own kitchen on Lorentzstraat in Bleiswijk, between The Hague and Rotterdam. On Wednesday and Sunday everything goes out the door.
